Carla’s connection to real estate began long before her own career. Growing up in Brazil, she was inspired by a family of entrepreneurs and real estate investors who taught her the value of property ownership, hard work, and creating opportunities for others.
After moving to the United States, Carla built her career from the ground up. Today, she is a nationally recognized top-producing Realtor®, consistently ranked among the top 1.5% of real estate professionals in the country, with more than $40 million in annual sales volume since 2021 and Top #1 in volume in Marco Island for 2024 and 2025.
David brings more than 20 years of experience with Sun Realty, giving him an invaluable understanding of the company, its Realtors®, and the Southwest Florida market.
Together, Carla and David have stepped into an exciting new chapter as the owners of Sun Realty International, with David serving as Broker-in-Charge.

Kara Gourley serves as the Success Manager at Sun Realty International, with one important mission: helping our Realtors® succeed.
As a key member of our leadership and support team, Kara works closely with our agents to make sure they feel connected, informed, supported, and equipped with the resources they need to grow their businesses.

Managing Broker
Andrew Hoague serves as Managing Broker of Sun Realty International, bringing extensive experience in real estate leadership, brokerage operations, compliance, and agent development.
Andrew works closely with our Realtors® to provide the broker support, guidance, and knowledge they need to confidently navigate their business and transactions.
His role goes beyond compliance. Andrew is focused on helping create an environment where agents can learn, grow, collaborate, and perform at their highest level.
As part of the Sun Realty International leadership team, Andrew helps oversee brokerage operations while supporting our continued growth, training, and commitment to professional excellence.
